That is a really nice Jacket but… if it’s warm enough to not cover my arms I probably don’t need a jacket and if it’s cold enough that I need a jacket I probably want my arms covered? I guess in the early fall???

But how else would you hide your head, if not in an impractical sleeveless jacket? Personally I think the collar should be longer, so you need cut-outs for your eyes.
